Stevens Point, Wisconsin – “All Lives Matter” turns ‘Peaceful’ Protest Violent – Exclusive Interview with Ethan Carlson
In Stevens Point, Wisconsin there was a ‘peaceful protest’ taking place in support of Black Lives Matter and their standpoint about racism and police brutality. While attendees help up ‘Black Lives Matter‘ signs, ‘I Can’t Breathe‘ signs, and other similar statements, others were ‘speaking’ their opinions while others gathered around to listen. Makeshift mega-phones echoed out the voices and their sentiments. Locals along with out-of-towners were present. Here is where the story divides though. Accusations are flying about a handful of local young men that were present in multiple pick-up trucks. As one poster on Facebook explained their story : “Hi Stevens Point area folx – If you know this ignorant child please be sure to let him know that his actions will not go without consequence. Today at the PEACEFUL PROTEST in Stevens Point, this fool was throwing punches at the protesters from the bed of this truck and attempting to steal and vandalize a sign belonging to one of the protesters. One of them was also heard by multiple people to be yelling racial slurs as they drove away.
NOW IS THE TIME TO STEP UP AND HOLD YOUR RACIST “FRIENDS” ACCOUNTABLE. ALSO, STOP TEACHING YOUR KIDS SUCH IGNORANCE AND HATRED! RACISM IS NOT BORN, IT IS LEARNED.” … The comments following the post are not nice, as you can imagine, and at least 2 of the young men have already been doxed. Supposedly one was identified as Brendon Gollon, another as Ethan Carlson; both residents of Stevens Point.
We have an exclusive interview with one of the young men (Video Below); Ethan Carlson was kind enough to speak with us and tell us his version of what happened, which is quite different than the story above. Supposedly the sh*t hit the fan when one of the young men spoke out and said “All Lives Matter.”. … Take a listen to Ethan Carlson’s side of the story :

These kids have always been respectful from what I’ve seen of them. This is the exact same thing I’ve heard from the other kids that were there in the trucks. Also WSAW and WAOW both posted the trucks drove through in a peaceful manner without incident, except for the protesters felt scared. The videos on WSAW and WAOW does show the protesters running at the kids in the truck and yelling at them, you can not hear anything from the kids and most had their truck windows up.
You know the kids were yelling shit at them!? People dont just run after people for no reason. Use your brain. They drove past multiple times yelling shit. Maybe ask people who were actually there. The dude in the back of the truck had a bat!? What did he plan on using that on? Non of the protesters had a bat!?. They knew exactly what they were doin.

Who cares if they were there. I’m sure these kids were good kids but just not on that day. They didn’t make good decisions. Ask yourself why were they there with Trump flags flying. Yeah, let’s listen to the news reports. NOT!!!! I was there, and the trucks drove around revving their engines, driving fast, calling out WHITE POWER and using racial name calling. My son went to school with them…….and in fact 1 wasnt even from point, so why does he care? I saw them punch my friend’s sign almost hitting her in the face. Everyone can have their own views and beliefs, but when cruelty is engaged its inhumane. That behavior is taught. Which doesn’t say much about their parents.
If someone was sitting in a bed of a pickup truck, the person holding the sign must have been very close to them and the truck itself for him to be able to reach a sign with his arm going in for a punch.
Why would a protester get so close to a truck like that? Just saying…there are two sides to every story.
The truck was driving in an area where the streets were filled with pedestrians. They knew well what they were doing.

If you view photos from numerous people’s accounts of this scenario you will see that the truck that was ‘surrounded’ that these kids were riding in, has absolutely no license plates on it and from other personal accounts, it did not have plates for numerous hours during this day. In all seriousness, I was there and saw what happened. I also saw pictures, videos, and live-streams that captured what happened before, during, and after the event in question. Everything was peaceful up until that point. No one got hurt, traffic flowed around the square, and y’all still had a way out of the square.

Counter protesting is 100% the right of people to do. This was not a counter protest. You have to consider the fact that this protest was meant to be PEACEFUL. Those kids drove by not just once, but multiple times revving their cars, inciting fear. If they weren’t there to purposefully provoke, they should have done what any other considerate person would’ve done and left them alone. If they were there to check it out, they could have done that without revving their damn trucks.
That’s not what happened. What happened was some rude racist kids thought it was cool to drive past multiple times honking and interrupting speakers, yelling hurtful and rude things, and purposely antagonizing a peaceful and even tear filled protest of LOVE and UNITY. The interview was a joke. Obviously they were friends or had discussions beforehand. The kid was being fed the answers that he wanted.
