For some guys, it’s a dream come true. Sex dolls as far as the eye can see. But it’s not what you think. The South Korean soccer club that was responsible for it has already apologized. This past weekend, the K League of South Korea just resumed their season, but they do it without a live crowd. This is obviously done because the coronavirus is still an issue, and authorities there do not want crowds gathering. What was supposed to be just everyday average ordinary mannequins (according to the soccer club themselves, that’s what they ordered), the supplier sent what appear to be ‘sex dolls’. The team explained “We had tried to add some fun in the no-spectator match. But we have not checked all the details, and that is clearly our fault.”. They were supposedly testing the waters of how fans can come to the stadium, while still practicing safe social distancing. Well, it didn’t go over well because once the pictures hit Twitter and other social networking sites, the news was all over and apologies needed to be made. Other countries that have returned sports to their normal schedules, and are performing live events withOUT a live audience include Germany, South Korea and Taiwan. Maybe this team should have taken some advice from other teams that actually use cardboard cutouts of fans to fill the seats. I guess as an athlete, to look out at an empty arena is a lot more hurtful than seeing it filled full of ‘sex dolls’ or cardboard cutouts. … COMMENT BELOW ..
Here’s one of the tweets that also helped the situation go viral :
2016 K League winners FC Seoul inadvertently used sex dolls rather than fashion mannequins to help fill empty stands this weekend. The club has apologised. Both the club and the supplier are pointing fingers at others. (It's not just COVID-19 you need to avoid catching!) #kleague pic.twitter.com/59rSU8XxYL
