Congressional Republicans Sue VP Mike Pence To Stop Biden’s Jan. 6th Victory

Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert and other congressional Republicans are suing Vice President Mike Pence to halt him from authorizing Joe Biden’s alleged victory in the 2020 Presidential Election. Coming up on January 6th, Vice President Pence is due to oversee Congress’ meeting to count the Electoral College votes, thus potentially cementing Joe Biden as the upcoming President. The 1887 Electoral Count Act dictates the Vice President is the designated official to preside over the meeting. Arizona Republican Party Chair holder Kelli Ward is one of nearly a dozen other plaintiffs. The lawsuit states that any further action that declares Biden the election’s victor must be made fraudulent.

Here is what the lawsuit officially states:

This civil action seeks an expedited declaratory judgment finding that the elector dispute resolution provisions in Section 15 of the Electoral Count Act, 3 U.S.C. §§ 5 and 15, are unconstitutional because these provisions violate the Electors Clause and the Twelfth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Would you accept the results of the election being a Biden victory? Let us know in the comments below.
